I'm Ed, a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Cork, Ireland. I hold a first- class honors BSc Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have spent a number of years working in a community based counselling service, working with a diverse range of clients and presenting issues. 

I am also a qualified physical therapist with a background in physical education, biomechanics and nutrition and utilize this knowledge and skill base frequently in my practice. 

I strive in my practice to meet every individual with deep respect, offering a safe and compassionate environment to support you toward greater well-being and a more secure, meaningful connection with yourself and others.

I am a member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP) and work within their code of ethics.
